We appreciate the team’s punctual arrival.

While the meal was well-received by our guests overall, the food arrived cold and required an additional 20–30 minutes to warm up before serving. Furthermore, while the portion sizes were ... More reasonable for our 30 adult guests (with a generous serving of rice), the prawns were unfortunately not fresh and had not been deshelled, which made them difficult for guests to consume.

Despite the full meal service, no tissue paper or napkins were provided, which is a standard expectation for catering.

We found the requested collection time of 5:30 PM for a 2:30 PM event to be disproportionately short.

The Fortune herbal chicken was a favorite with my guests. It was very tender and flavorful.

The fried rice was also very good with modern twist - garnished with thin slices of golden pop corn. Not only did the children loved it, but adults too ... More as the dish was tasty but not oily.

The complimentary Mantou with chilly crab sauce was also a hit with the guests.

The salted prawn dish was a bit of a disappointment as the salted egg was flaky and the prawns did not have the salted egg taste.

The staff spent much effort to setup and there was a CNY feel to the buffet table. However the staff forgot to provide serviettes and trash bags. Staff offered to return later with trash bags but we managed to find some and told them it was ok. Staff should have a checklist so that they don’t missed out on anything,

Overall, we are happy with the catering.
