Sembawang Eating House Seafood Restaurant

I have ordered from this caterer a few times. The food is averagely good. My guests are happy with the oven roasted chicken which is nice. I like the fuyong egg omelette too which is perfect

Quite disappointed at the chicken ham sandwiches! saw that it was popular choice so i chose that! the sandwich is dry and not soft with the side of the bread uncut! and the bread and ham all falls apart!
The jelly cocktail came in two buckets, first bucket was awful with a weird taste hence not much consumed. before the delivery guy came to pick up, i open up the second bucket and realised it taste more normal like a jelly cocktail but was too late!
Soon kuehs are nice but stick together and became very messy and unglam!
Fried wantons so so
Prawn paste drunlets are nice
Mini swiss rolls not to my liking but my sister says is nice
Fruit Punch is diluted!!!

Overall is ok I would say, the worse is still the sandwiches! Looks and taste is a total fail!

Traditional Asian herbal chicken was the most popular dish because the chicken soup was very delicious. Fried Ngo Hiang balls were also very tasty. In overall, we were happy with the food serving portion and quality of the food.

The food was okay, but felt that the portion was a bit too little for 30 pax, especially for the seafood and side fish

Very good value and very generous food portions. Cream puffs and curry chicken were excellent. Other food items are also very good.

Our recent catering from Sembawang Seafood was outstanding! The Wok Fried Yang Chow Fried Rice was a flavorful delight, perfectly complemented by the Oyster sauce xiao bai choy. The Fu Rong Egg Sliced added a delicate touch, while the Oven Roasted Char Siew Chicken stole the spotlight with its succulent, smoky flavor. The Assorted Packet Drinks were a refreshing choice. Overall, they delivered a culinary experience that impressed everyone at our event. Highly recommended for a top-notch catering experience!

It’s good to print the halal certificate on the napkins or have a printed signage and place it on the table to communicate that the food is halal so that the Muslims participates feel easy to consume.
Also the sandwich is dry.
The green been soup has lesser beans than expected. Will be good to have more beans. The sweetness is just nice.
Some soon kueh stick to one another.
Happy with the set up and on time delivery and clearance.

It was my first time ordering from this caterer so I’m glad the food was generally well-received by guests. They told me the food was good! Most people liked the oven roast chicken and the nuggets. It was good that the fried items were still crispy after delivery. Dessert was not too sweet and very refreshing. Setup was also nice for the price. I felt the fried rice was abit plain and the fuyong omelette was abit oily, but otherwise, for the price, this menu offers good value. From ordering to setup, everything went smoothly. Thank you!

Portions of rice, noodles, veg and fish was good. Dessert was sufficient. fried items abit lesser than expected.

The setup is done 10mins before the start time which is great. Additional time to warm up the food for my guest. The setup guy are very helpful & friendly. Setup was very well done!

Food are delicious for the menu we ordered. Special mentions are the Oven Roasted Chicken, Fuyong egg and Tempura prawns. All the guest love the food
