Shi Fu Ge

I don't see any fish. Its whole piece of flour.

1) The delivery was delayed about 45mins.

2) Someone from foodline called before the delivery, said that the system missed out one of the dishes, so we need to top up. However, when we actually compared the listed price and recalculate the price, the price quoted $112.60 was correct. I have a screenshot of your online menu.

Upon delivery, the price on actual invoice was charged were different from the menu listed on website. Eg, Dried Shrimp Fried French Bean was listed as $11, but charged us at $13. Luo Han Veg was listed as $9, but charged us at $11. Seaweed Soup was listed as $10, but charges us at $10.50. Please refer to the invoice attached. This is unacceptable.

Portion of food is really pathetic and is definitely half of what we catered, is really so embarrassing for insufficient food Standard of food is oily and some of the dishes are not properly cook!

Portions are small for most dishes so if your party is all adults, advisable to order more than your headcount. Crabs are small n not fleshy. Prawn dish is tasteless. Caterer missed out the dessert and when we called to check, they claimed that the kitchen has run out of it. No alternative is available as they have depleted all their desserts. Explanation is weak as it's a pre-order of at least 3-5 days. Service recovery is poor. Caterer offered 10 percent discount for next purchase but we are not keen. Said that they will look into this and contact us again but no call after more than a month. Disappointed and will not order from them again.

By far the most unaccommodating caterer! Food is on the salty side, the pork rib has came without sauce, lemon fish was hard. Deliveryman was polite and helpful though.

I decided to try Shi Fu Ge after reading the relatively good reviews online. Unfortunately, I regretted my decision. Will give my honest review on all the dishes on the menu:

Hong Kong Noodle : The quality is average hence cannot comment much.

Pork Ribs King : While the gravy tasted okay, the pork ribs are contain a lot of fatty portions and you instantly get a very greasy feeling when you bite into it. I didn’t quite like it. I prefer ribs to be on a leaner side....

We are really sorry about your encounter as this is the first time we had encounter such an incident. We would like to take this chance to explain to you.

Food are freshly prepared, cooked, fried and served for immediate delivery so it will reach you piping hot. As the food are piping hot when packed, condensation takes place, hence fried food and vegetable tends to turn soggy or yellowish due to the heat.

We had already overcame such issues previously with the great delivery team behind Shi Fu Ge who are able to deliver the food fast enough to ensure the food is fresh as thou as having a sumptuous meal at our premises.

Please accept our deepest apologies about this bad encounter. We will also run a check internally and put in measures to improve and brush up on procedures that is needed.

As an apology we would like to extend a 10% discount to you on your next order with us. We hope you will give us another chance to serve you better.

1st time ordering from Shi Fe Ge to try out after reading good comments online. But was kind of disappointed cos no food presentation & quality just ok. Like e 'Cai Poh' Beancurd dish, e delivery guy should have inform us they separate e sauce & was supposed to pour over it when serving e dish but they didn't so all of us didn't knew. In e end, there was a lot of leftover food. Though this is just a mini buffet catering for 15 persons, caterer should also put in more heart & soul to ensure delicious food being served to their customers. Seriously now we have tried from Shi Fu Ge, I wouldn't want to recommend this catering to my friends or relatives.

-Ordered the food for 7pm delivery but food only arrive 7.45pm after calling a few times.
- Guest all hungry waiting.
-Food quality bad. Most food are either soggy & cold.
-Delivery man not pro.
-Lots of room to improve further.
