Poor service recovery, small portion and average food

Portions are small for most dishes so if your party is all adults, advisable to order more than your headcount. Crabs are small n not fleshy. Prawn dish is tasteless. Caterer missed out the dessert and when we called to check, they claimed that the ... More kitchen has run out of it. No alternative is available as they have depleted all their desserts. Explanation is weak as it's a pre-order of at least 3-5 days. Service recovery is poor. Caterer offered 10 percent discount for next purchase but we are not keen. Said that they will look into this and contact us again but no call after more than a month. Disappointed and will not order from them again.
