Terms and Conditions:
Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Orders must be made at least 5 working days in advance from your event date.

Spark & Flame Catering reserves the right to exchange dishes to anther of equivalent value with prior notice, due to seasonality.

Cancellation Policy
Upon confirmation, cancellation of catering order will incur a penalty of 50% of total food price.

Should cancellation be made only within 24 hours from event date, there is a penalty of 90% of total food price imposed on customer.

Changes to Orders
Upon confirmation, no changes in guaranteed number of persons will be applicable within less than 5 working days.
