Spark and Flame Catering (The Flame Cafe N Spark Restaurant)

But some of us feedback that the fried rice was abit hard.

The bento box is average for this caterer. I hv ordered 3 different types of bento that is Asian, Indian and Muslim bento. I tried the Indian bento. The mutton rendang was good but the tandoori fish is not fresh. The fish got smell.

Disappointed with my recent mini catering order. The food delivered was different from what I had ordered (mee tai mak and kangkong were replaced without any prior notice). The sweet and sour fish dish also no sauce, and the portions did not seem sufficient for 50 pax.

Many guests did not eat the replacement mee hoon and vegetables, resulting in a lot of food wastage. While delivery was on time, the lack of communication and unexpected menu changes were very disappointing, especially for my daughter's birthday celebration.

Some hiccups but the team reacted to it in professional way.

Delivery was late but the driver explained that it was his first day of work and not familiar with the way finding. He was polite and sincerely apologised for the delay.

Food was delicious and price was affordable! Well liked by my guests! Good service from the event crew, they arrived on time and set up promptly. They were also polite and friendly! Would highly recommend my friends and families!

Setup and teardown are punctual. Food is delicious but portion seems to be very little and not enough for the pac I ordered.

The staff and service was superb. Setup is hassle-free. Should have alerted the caterer that we have our own tables. Nonetheless, they prepared everything to set up. Food was delicious. So many compliments from guests. Price is reasonable and quantity is enough. Baked fish and eclaires were a hit so they finished really fast. The curry chicken was not too spicy that even the kids can eat. Drink is not too sweet and couldn't finish by the end of the day. Staff came one hour earlier than expected but was very understanding to pre-empt us pick up time is after the time stated. Don't mind using their service again. Cutleries all provided for. 10 extra plates were complimentary.

Awesome food and I really enjoyed the fact that it was constantly warmed up by fire! Additionally, person who set up was efficient and quick!

Received positive feedback from colleagues that the food was good, and they wouldn’t mind ordering from this restaurant again via FoodLine.

The food is quite good for this caterer. Have ordered a few times from this caterer. Like their nyonya chap chye with black fungus which was tasty.
