Spark and Flame Catering (The Flame Cafe N Spark Restaurant)

This was my 2nd times ordering from this caterer. The portion of the food is reasonable and the food is delicious too. Their sale person and driver are very helpful and able to accommodate my request. Will order again for the next event.

More different variety of food selection will open up more opportunities for caterer. The food is good enough for normal consumption though.

Food selection and taste was great. Loved the baked fish (tender and sauce was creamy and tasty) and cereal prawns. Portion given was extravagant - ordered for 50 pax and more than half were left over even with second and third helpings. Received positive feedback from our guests on the taste, setup and variety of food. Service was impeccable from ordering to delivery and post-event collection. Setup was done up very nicely by the team (they took their time and there was no rush) and they also acceded to our request to extend collection time. Only one minor improvement point would be that more plates, cups , napkins and cutlery could be provided as these ran out pretty fast - noted that there were quite limited quantities of each to begin with.

Complimentary from all staffs that the food is very nice except the fish sauce is very salty. The rest is ok

I like their service as they setup everything as per my request. Overall the food is nice especially the shrimp dumplings and curry chicken.

In time the food is good the set up is great with nice table dressing and design will order again when got event

The food is nice for this caterer. My guest is satisfied with the food served. I like the pan fried salmon with garlic lemon butter sauce. It is tasty and nice.

Sales staff from caterer was friendly and responsive, food was delivered and collected on time. Overall food was not bad. Aglio could be a bit saltier, prawns were good.

The setup was nice. The delivery/setup guy was very helpful and friendly.
The food was just average. Nothing special. A lot of feedback from my guest. Fried Rice was very hard maybe due to the fire below. Sweet and sour fish very salty. Drinks are not enough for my guest. So I suggest having spare drinks. Honeydew Sago was very refreshing. The food portion was more than enough. Will I order again? No. The food is not delicious at all. Service wise is good.

Food is delivered on time. Caterer is able to accommodate my last minute ordering of 40 bento. All my guest is happy with their lunch
