Spark and Flame Catering (The Flame Cafe N Spark Restaurant)

Generally good but i find the spaghetti sauce is too thick that it taste like the typical tomato sauce in a packet or from a bottle. Needs a bit improvement on the sauce. The rest of the items are good.

The food not salty. All dishes are nice and good portion. Nicely packed for self collection. Will order again.

Overall the food is nice with adequate portion but sauteed vegetables with butter is too hard and bland.

The food is great, tasty especially the curry chicken and the caterer was on time.

Fuss free and value for money! Generous spread, taste is great, though I wish the kailan could have been prepared better (without the stem!) and there’s more gravy for the curry chicken.

Special type of catering as we can mix western with Asian food in 1 catering, food was great, except for Spaghetti as it is too sweet and tasted like bottled tomato ketchup.
The driver forgot to set up the burner to keep our food warm, which I have to serve all my guest cold food, if not the food tasting experience will be better.
Caterer did have service recovery of some desserts for the following weekend. Thank you for the nice gesture, but driver that delivered the food again spoilt our experience by delivering it to wrong address and refusing to redeliver to the correct address.
Our experience has been greatly penalised by the service attitude of the driver/ delivery person which I suspect is the same person for both deliveries.
