Spark and Flame Catering (The Flame Cafe N Spark Restaurant)

My colleagues and boss enjoy the food greatly. Most of them give good comments of the food and advise to order again from Spark N Flame Catering.

All the dishes are great and would recommend to friends and business associates to support.

Food was up to expectation except this item Abundance Jade Abalone Mushroom with Broccoli. The broccoli was quite bland. The quantity for 30 pax is just enough for 30 pax.

First time ordering from this caterer. It came earlier than the timing indicated. The portion was good and the food was good. We liked the fish and dessert.

Golden silk butter prawn is yummy all loved it, steamed sea bass sauce is nice but bones in the fish. Mango pudding is nice. Other dishes taste so so, price too steep. What came as a surprise is the individual bowls of yusheng which seemed strange during the lo-hei. But we made do and had fun!

The food for this caterer is reasonably good. I especially like their tandoori chicken which is not so spicy. The Thai chicken Tom yum soup is a bit spicy but tasty. Overall food is good.

Food was dry and of small portions, and not of good value - probably due to CNY markup.

Food was delivered in free warmer bags, so that was a good touch.

Although the buffet setup was la bit late, the people doing the setup were efficient and friendly. The food were all right. Definitely will order again.

The delivery was on time. Generous with the serving. Food was yummy and my guests love it. Highly recommended

Food was well liked by the attendees. The favourite was the Salmon, followed by the prawns. Egg tartlets and éclairs were good as well. The cream of mushroom soup was very nice.

Food was generally good, guests enjoyed it, portions were pretty generous as the meal was for 10 pax but there were leftovers after.
