Yummy food however they should be punctual

My guest were full of praises for the food quality, love the eclair and spring roll. Food portions are also very generous. However I gave a low review for the service because the second round of delivery was extremely late. Suppose to be ready by 7pm but it is only ready by 8pm. Look like they were shortage of manpower. The drink was too sweet for my guests too so have to dilute it with more water.

Booking was a breeze with Elaine(FL) and Bryan(Spark)

Delivery was on time, for both timing lunch and dinner.

Dishes was nicely garnish and presentable, the food review response from guest was great except for the prawns . The prawns taste like cotton, which is soft from biting it. Ended up we closed the dish and refrain others from taking.

Do note that to confirm the number of pax before submission. They would not allow amendment of numbers.

Serving portion was enough for guest. Recommended for this caterer.

Over-rated caterer.

Well below my expectation. The food arrived one full hour before my stated event timing, hence the food turned cold by the time my guests arrived. Although my menu include dessert, no dessert bowl was supplied. The curry chicken is too dry with little gravy. Sweet & sour fish is salty and not enough sauce provided. The xiaobai chye dish is very skimpy.

This caterer was on time for delivery. The steamed yam rice with mushroom does not really taste like it is but rather plain. The Egg bean card with minced chicken is just 2 pieces of bean card only. No vegetables. Overall the food is acceptable.
