Self-collection time was 11am, but had to wait till 1245pm at the restaurant for the food due to driver/logistical error. Food was not kept in warmer bags so by the time we started eating at 1pm, all were cold. The restaurant staff tried his best to keep me and my colleague comfortable with tea and fries. However, the long wait and cold dishes definitely did not impress myself nor my guests. So I really cannot comment if the food would have tasted good otherwise.

Catering was scheduled to arrive at 4.30pm but only arrive at 5.30pm! It was super embarrassing as my guests were hungry with nothing to eat! Plates catered were not enough resulting in us getting plates elsewhere to help with the shortage. Worst experience ever! Had spoken to the caterer itself to lodge a complain after the event and was promised that the manager will call me back to give me a reasonable explanation but no one ever called me. Totally fail! Poor service though taste of food is not bad.

The Braised Sea Cucumber Duck is in small pieces and plenty bones. Both the fried rice doesn't taste fried.

Food was decent but the presentation was below average. All the fried items were dumped together in a tray, with no visual presentation. They didn't cater enough space for all the food items so instead of keeping the sauce separately, we had to pour it all at once which made the pasta soggy by the time it was eaten.

However, for 20 pax, there was a lot of food so they are quite generous with their serving.

The packing or the container/s of the food are the worst presentation among all our previous order.
No disposable forks+spoons was given and yet the 2 pcs tongs given was rusty on certain areas and we have to replace it with plastic one.
Log cake was messed up, Shepherd's pie was too watery inside because of too much white broccoli and less meats.
Turkey breast was not cut/slide properly and tasteless.
Buttered corn+carrots also too watery.
Cereal prawn are quite fresh and tasty, baked honey ham and potato+egg salad and Spaghetti are acceptable.
Disappointed with this caterer.

Order came on time but the sauce of one of the dishes spilled to some of the dishes’ packaging. they gave us an opened tissue paper box instead of a new one.
Food wise is just so so. Cereal prawn still have the shell inside plus the flour is too thick. Chicken shepher’s pie has broccoli and cauliflower inside where we expect it to be meat.
