The packing or the container/s of the food are the worst presentation among all our previous order.
No disposable forks+spoons was given and yet the 2 pcs tongs given was rusty on certain areas and we have to replace it with plastic one.
Log cake ... More was messed up, Shepherd's pie was too watery inside because of too much white broccoli and less meats.
Turkey breast was not cut/slide properly and tasteless.
Buttered corn+carrots also too watery.
Cereal prawn are quite fresh and tasty, baked honey ham and potato+egg salad and Spaghetti are acceptable.
Disappointed with this caterer.

Actually all dishes are generally tasted good and liked by 22 other colleagues in the office.

1) Fried items (somosa + cocktail fish and tahu goreng) package should have some air pockets on top as the cooked fried will generate the vapour within ... More the package and soften the items which must be crispy when eaten.

2) Mutton curry meat should cook longer to be tender soft instead tough like a rock.
