Spark and Flame Catering (The Flame Cafe N Spark Restaurant)

Overall catering experience is good, deliver on time, nice taste and many variety of dishes contained inside the bento.

Overall the foods were ok except that the plain rice has not been consumed because we had ordered the fried rice with chicken sausage.
We end up buying more dish from the canteen as the fish and chicken is not enough with the rice we had.
The most notable dish is the baked chicken w/ teriyaki sauce and the honeydew sago.
The delivery is also on time. Very good service.

The packing or the container/s of the food are the worst presentation among all our previous order.
No disposable forks+spoons was given and yet the 2 pcs tongs given was rusty on certain areas and we have to replace it with plastic one.
Log cake was messed up, Shepherd's pie was too watery inside because of too much white broccoli and less meats.
Turkey breast was not cut/slide properly and tasteless.
Buttered corn+carrots also too watery.
Cereal prawn are quite fresh and tasty, baked honey ham and potato+egg salad and Spaghetti are acceptable.
Disappointed with this caterer.

1) Food quality and staff for taking orders are good. They are very accommodating for me changing of some of the food item.
2) salad sauce is only 1/7 of the container for 25 pax. Which is ridiculous! I even confirmed with the staff and they said it’s standard.
3) I requested disposable trays instead of warmer but warmer and set up came on actual day. Set up was not fantastic at all. Warmer was quite old and not polished. Driver didn’t bring disposable spoons and forks.

Luckily food quality was good, if not I was quite upset with the set up, salad sauce and the missing spoons and forks

The menu is special and very suitable for Christmas celebration. Food is nice and all my guests love them.

The guest was overall impressed with the food. However, the Christmas decor did not arrived and the some of the order was mixed up ( The seafood Spaghetti came instead of the butter rice). The setup was fast even though he was alone. There is definitely room for improvement. Cheers.

Good taste and nice presentation. Everyone likes the menu combi. Even the fried rice and spaghetti were all wiped out.

Butter crayfish was hard to eat. Parts were cut up into small parts such as it was hard to get the meat out. Overall, not too bad.

Order came on time but the sauce of one of the dishes spilled to some of the dishes’ packaging. they gave us an opened tissue paper box instead of a new one.
Food wise is just so so. Cereal prawn still have the shell inside plus the flour is too thick. Chicken shepher’s pie has broccoli and cauliflower inside where we expect it to be meat.

Food was nice and portion for 25pax was just nice except that the Spaghetti was a little bit not enough... but overall was ok... nice!!
