I ordered 20 pax buffet for 19 persons. Luckily, it is just enough without 2nd servings. It would be good if the caterer can provide more. For e.g. maybe 1.5 instead of 1 roasted chicken for a 20 pax catering.

The food arrived at 12 noon instead ... More of 12.30pm and they were not warm. I can understand maybe it is peak season that I placed this order that the caterer had many delivery.
