Deep Fried Mushroom Gyoza 香煎蘑菇锅贴
Chilled Almond Beancurd with Longan 龙眼豆腐
Foo Yong Chicken Sausage Egg 芙蓉鸡香肠蛋
Refreshing Fruit Punch 杂果水

Setup is done in 15 mins and dishes are ready to be served at 1.45pm.

All friends and relatives said the curry chicken and the fried rice very nice. The rest of dishes also not bad.

The worker came in about 6pm while some of relatives still eating. He is kind enough to wait for them to finish and even tapao the dishes.

The food was nice and the setup was prompt. Ordered for 65pax, it will be better if Stamford let us choose 2 different mains instead of 1 as it came with 2 trays of fried rice. Also, the Ang Gu Kueh was very sticky that it stuck to the paper plate and peeled off the paper plate when my guest tried to pick it up from the plate.

Generous food portions for 10pax. Thumbs up for their Signature curry chicken! Food arrived on time, warmed and nicely packed.

Stamford Catering was prompt in the buffet line set up and did a great job with it. Set up comes in full with table, table skirting, basic decor, food tags. Unfortunately too busy during the event and forgot to take any photos of the buffet spread. The food were all complimented by my guests, especially the Signature Curry Chicken and Salted Egg Fish Fillet. However, the Deep Fried Gyoza was a bit saltish and dry so that is something to look into improving. Delivery and set up person from Stamford Catering was very friendly and efficient. Definitely a good experience with this caterer. Food pricing is also very reasonable. Will engage again for future events and highly recommend.

Value for money and the food taste great with huge portions. Delivery is on the dot . Will definitely order again!

Delivery was punctual and food was piping hot and savoury. We love the curry chicken and the wasabi prawn. Thumbs up for the prompt service and delicious food!

The food was delivered on time and all of the foods that I had ordered were delicious. Would recommend.

The person came super early. Also kept it super early. Chicken meat abit tough and dry. Gyoza ran out of mushroom so they gave vegetable. Chng teng is sweet. Setup was done professionally. Overall value for money.

Love the set up! Food portion was more than sufficient for us and highly recommend the curry chicken and chendol!!

The service was on time. Food was above expectation, staff were polite, portion was alright, popular dishes were laksa and fruits which ran out faster than the chicken and fried rice which was plenty for more than 20 pax.
