Stamford Catering

The main, Thai Pineapple Fried Rice, was delivered sour. Tried to call the hotline multiple times but no one was answering the call. When the delivery man came back to collect the food, we feedback to him and he simply say contact the company. After the event, when we tried to contact the company via hotline, still to no avail. Only managed to contact the company via email with food line in the cc. Only refund given is for the ‘rice’ portion. No service recovery was done. Instead of being apologetic, when we spoke to the customer service executive (Jan) and no agreement could be reached, we told her that we wish to speak to the manager, she then simply said ok and hang up the call on us. When we received a callback from the customer service manager (Ping), she was no apologetic either. She questioned us why we didn’t not contact them during the event when we discovered something was wrong with the food. When told that we tried, she then say that no company in the industry do service recovery. When told that we have 2 experiences which companies provide service recovery, 1 with a 100% waiver on the meal and the other one with a free bento meal delivered on another day, she replied “Oh! I will like to know which company does that. Even if you call the boss of my company, the answer will still be the same”. Worst customer service I have ever met. Will not recommend Stamford to anyone.

Great value for money. Delivery man was polite. Laksa was popular among guests. Will recommend this menu to family and friends.

Zim, the person who helps to do the setup was on time. We are very happy with the setup. He is also very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Zim.

Overall our guests enjoyed the food, the salted Egg Fish Fillet will not be my choice next time.

Food arrived on time and setup very fast.

All food taste good but the prawn spaghetti bit oily and prawn also very less. Not recommend for children cause a bit spicy.
Customer phone service very good and recommend some food replacement due to shortage of food supply.

Overall is good for the first time experience and will order again for my younger son birthday.

The food in general was average and the portion was just nice for 20pax. The food came in thermal bag which helped to keep the food warm since the delivery came 1hr earlier. The vegetarian beehoon was abit plain with little to no ingredients. The sweetness for the chng teng was just nice but lack of ingredients, mostly water. Curry chicken was recommended but more potatoes can be added.

Overall food is okay except for the spring rolls which became soggy and a bit too chewy upon arrival.
The best are the golden seafood pockets which remained crispy.
As for the signature curry vegetables, adequate taste of coconut milk was being used in the curry which was nice.
The persons who set up the buffet are helpful. Managed to call and get them to come collect when our dinner was over so as to save time for both sides.

Delivery was on time and food portion was sufficient for 15 pax.
Taste of food was good and my guests generally like it.
Definitely must order the curry chicken,nai bai and Oreo cheesecake (got swapped due to lack of cream puff).

Have to reschedule the catering as got Ag+ case. Happy with the prompt response from the caterer and foodline service team. Will order again and recommend to friends when needed.

Samosa, Siew Mai and Honeydew Sago were the best sellers. Samosa tasted great, it was chewy and moist. Siew Mai was not dry also. We all loved the honeydew sago, sweetness was just right amount, all the ingredients complimented each other. The rest of the food are okay, tasted good. Ordering was easy. Foodline and Stamford staff Ms Jenny gives me update and follow up from time to time. Thank you Stamford for helping prepare the food and on actual day set up, kudos to Staff Ryan. Delivery on Time.

The portions were big, we had quite a bit of leftover. We were so glad that the caterer provided the disposable crockery and cutlery, including tongs. That was quite considerate. The price point was also good.
