The food was very nice, on top of the salted egg fish fillet, the fried rice and Thai Crispy Chicken Chop with Plum Sauce was very nice. the food came warm and came with all the cutlery, scoop and utensils for eating. This is my 3rd time ordering from this caterer and I have never been disappointed. Will order again next time! We ordered for 15 but it was enough for 20 pax.

My guests loved the Salted Fish Fillet. Thumbs up for this dish. This is my 2nd time ordering from Stamford Catering. First experience was perfect. This time, I didnt have enough for the fried rice. Look at the pic, it's a small tray for 15pax.

The delivery was punctual and came nicely packed in a thermal bag. That helps keep the food warm. The beef Rendang and Wasbi prawn were good. The curry chicken serving were generous. Will order again the next time!

The buffet is sumptuous and comes conveniently with disposable cutlery. Always the preferred caterer when we order buffet for our events.

Overall, the food was nice. I liked the braised cabbage roll which I found quite special. Other dishes I liked were crispy prawn and oriental midwing. I would have also liked the crispy yam rolls as well if they had been crispier. Chilled sago was nice too. And the yu sheng set received good feedback as the sauces were not too sweet.
The package was of good value as the yu sheng was already included in the set.
Also, the customer service was worth mentioning - our telephone correspondence was pleasant, and they were quite patient to address my questions.

Layout of the buffet setting is nice and presentable, the food portion is just nice for my guests of 60pax, everyone commented the chendol is nice

Prompt delivery. Came nicely packs and very presentable in black disposable trays kept in warmer bags. Overall, value for money and generally satisfied.
