The quality of food is good. Most of the food were grabbed finished before I have the chance to take a picture.

The set-up was swift and properly. The coordinator was also helpful to call back to reconfirm and ensure the menu items were correct.

Portions are big and sufficient for the guests. In fact, if not big eaters, probably can feed 12 pax, especially the Bee Hoon and curry is a lot. Though I wish the curry could be thicker but it’s still good to go well with the bee Hoon. Staffs very responsive and helpedl. It’s a fuss free deal. Will definitely consider ordering from them again in future.

COMMUNICATION WAS GOOD. SATISFIED WITH FOOD IN GENERAL. SETUP WAS VERY PRETTY. THE INDIVIDUAL VEGETARIAN BENTO SETS RECEIVED GOOD REVIEWS TOO.

Caterer got back to me in the same afternoon after I placed the order.
Overall good quality food.
Good portion as well.
Value for money.

1) Crispy Prawn with Caviar Asian Salad and Red Mayo foodline- portions too small
2) Braised Cabbage Roll with Dried Oyster and Fatt Choy Abalone Sauce foodline - yummy
3) Overall service is quite good and on time.

The order process was prompt and the staff that contact me was nice. However the portion is a little small, especially the mini chocolate eclair. (about 1 per person) It will be good if the portion is bigger.

Wide spread of varieties and my guests compliment on the food. One of the best buffets to order. Always my first choice.

Food came slightly early by 25min ahead with appropriate serving utensils. Food came in insulating bags, and wrapped well to prevent leakage. Food portion was just nice for 15 pax. All dishes were pretty good. The 明⽕蟹⾁⾹⽶饭 is very nice and we finished it completely. It was nice to have the 鸿运脆⻥⽪吉祥⻥⽣ as it was the 3rd day of CNY.

The CNY party set is really good and the portion also quite big. All my guests are enjoy, thank you Stamford catering.

Basically I choose this menu just because I could not find any cheaper and healthier menu during CNY. I have been very experienced in sourcing for caterer and I was surprised that it is far cheaper than all I ordered in the past even from the same caterer!!
It is healthier as it includes garden salad, skinless chicken in curry and they use brown rice bee hoon which actually taste better than the usual white bee hoon. But I do not like dory fish regardless of the cooking style! However, I just got to accept it as I think I do not have other better choice.

The taste of this menu is just ok nothing to pick. The portion is just enough for the number I ordered. There seem no extra volume catered. This is the only thing I am not so satisfied with
