Stamford Catering

Food is nice. Service is good.

This is not the first time we have ordered with Stamford Catering, but first time through Foodline which my eldest daughter recommended.

The whole ordering process and follow up by the Sales Co-ordinator has been smooth and pleasant.

We ordered some additional CNY items on top of the Party Set and even the Ee fu noodles not on the menu was added with the help of the Sales Co-ordinator, Rosalyn.

The food on the whole was good, except for the sweet and sour fish. The batter was hard, but fish is good. Instead of the onion slices, maybe some pineapple cubes and green pepper would be nice as the sauce is on the sweet side and not much of sweet and sour taste.

Food was decent. Most of the dishes are nice and the portion was generous. Unfortunately food came too early despite caterer agreeing to come later and it was slightly cold by the time we open to eat. It was too late to heat up the food.

Food is value for money and taste great. Pack nicely in a warmer bag and taste ok eve. After consume 2 hr after collection

The whole set of food was good, even the father-in-law who didn't like to eat outside foods was praised.

Delivery is punctual and food can be better as it has turn cold upon delivery and crispy yam rill is not crispy.

The delivery was on time. The food was overall great and the guests love the mutton especially. However the kailan can be improved to make it more soft.
