Stamford Catering

The seafood was fresh so the fish and prawn were the most popular dishes. The vegetables were the hardest to keep and it quickly became sour. The service was okay, a smooth transaction.

The food is good. It has sufficient quantities and my guests are happy. I will recommend foodline and Stamford catering to my friends and I have so far already recommended to many people. Keep up the good work food line and Stamford catering!

Delivery was on time per scheduled. Setup was professionaly done up with CNY props spicing up the decor, a nice surprise. Each dish was displayed with printed labels.

Food portions were adequate for the pax ordered for. We had chendol for dessert that was a refreshing change from other usual ones and was nice.

Collection time was punctual too and the delivery uncle was polite and courteous despite the few stops he had to make that day.

Had better food from Stamford. This round the food is not as good. The dessert has hard pieces of sweet potato and yam. Cabbage roll tasted weird and the fish/prawns all soft and soggy.

Food came on time with appropriate serving utensils. Food came in insulating bags, and wrapped well to prevent leakage. Dessert could have been warmer.

This year’s food quality paled compared against last year’s. The crispy yam roll was a let down - outer skin was hard instead of crispy and 80% of this dish was left untouched. The rest of the food was so-so and i guess the best food we enjoyed most is the yusheng for the festive mood and fun when we lohei together.

I am the long time customer of Stamford Catering. In general this year foods is better than last year.

We enjoyed the food and are delighted that the food arrived rather warm. Big thank you to using 2 big insulation bags to keep the food.

Overall food is so so compared to our last year's order. The crispy yam roll was no more crispy. However the crispy fish skin loh hei and dried cabbage roll with dried oyster and fatt choy abalone sauce were good.
