Stamford Catering

Very very surprised to see such a nice setup despite my small order! I ordered for 25 pax but can definitely feed 30 pax! Quality of food is good, prawns are fresh, and many of my guests sing praises of the curry chicken & brown rice bee hoon. Friendly & responsible staff.
Overall a very good experience with stamford!

This is the 2nd time. Feedback were bad from my siblings esp the fried rice.
The vegi dish should be mix of cauli abd broco but very little broco but full of cauli
The chunjuan is not crispy, otherwise is not too.bad. The jiaozhi is nicer if is.crispy.
They deliver 30mins earlier.

The food was generally nice, especially the curry chicken and foo yong egg. The salted egg flavour of fish fillet is not very strong.

Food come to early which we didn't ask for is not we requested .Overroll the dish quite ok except the Signature Oat Cereal Prawn f not very good taste ! If the sets up can come up with a little decorate for baby 1 St birthday will be good.

The food spread is wonderful for the price, and the quantity is more than sufficient.

Generally, the food is nice. However, you should have provided chili sauce which will come handy with the mee hoon and other dishes.

Food was delivered slightly early than expected. But no issues.
Portion and taste was good.

The Chap Chye was slightly disappointing. Otherwise, this caterer has generally been consistent in their quality based on my experience ordering from them.

The food was yummy and the setting was pretty. We really love the HK fried egg noodles and it was a really good portion. The prawn paste fried chicken was a little disappointing as the taste was not strong enough. The other dishes tasted really well. Personally I love the salted egg fried fish. The collection time was later than agreed.

The chicken curry and nasi briyani is nice and flavourful. Vegetarian spring roll is soft and limp.

Setup was done meticulously and beautifully.
