Stamford Catering

Like the foods prepared by Stamford Catering and they deliver my food on time. My family and friends enjoyed the food and the quantity is more than enough for 20x Pax. There was still quite an amount of food left even when most of my guests went for 2nd/3rd rounds of serving.

1st time order mini take away high tea set, overall foods is nice

Stamford Catering informed me that their kitchen was down, and suggested to change menu which I fine with it. However, no further discount will given for last minute changes. On top of it, additional dish was given F.O.C. instead.

Was a little disappointed that caterer called twice to replace 2 food items. Maybe if I had stuck to the Halal kitchen we could have gotten what we ordered.
But overall, food is still nice.

The food is nice.

Everything is good except service recovery for sending plain water without putting syrup. so this serve as a reminder to all, we should always check the drink too. it took them quite long to do the refund.

I like the menu although my colleagues felt my selection was lacking in meat items. The portions were quite generous.

Food came on time, and portions were sufficient, food was fresh and tasty.

Service rendered by both the sales coordinator May Ann and the delivery personnel were excellent. Both were prompt and friendly. Food is well received by my guests.

The delivery guy was on time. He called me to check whether to send the mini buffet to function room or my unit.

The food portion is quite big. Overall the service and food are good. I like the sms notifications with customer service staff and delivery staff contact numbers, in case I need to call them.

Overall, I am very impressed with their order and delivery process flow.
