Stamford Catering

Disappointing. Portions were inadequate. Fish, cabbage rolls, and so-called lobster rolls were EXACTLY 30 pieces. Noodles and vegetable enough only for a very small portion per pax. Nobody could get second helping. Anyway the food generally tasted mediocre and nobody wanted second helping.
The fish was deep fried instead of pan seared.
The setup really looked pathetic: cramped layout, crumpled skirting, cheapo look with plastic sheet over table top, old mis-shapen food warmers (2 of them with disposable aluminium tray inserts), hideous looking carton box for holding the 财神爷was 'proudly' displayed next to buffet table. Only the disposable crockery looked decent.
Will not order from Stamford Catering again.

Pleasant experience as food arrived on time, can be warmed up before we eat later (with the self-help warmer provided). Food portion was generous and delicious.

The duck and chicken may be a bit tough. The fish is flavourful. The noodle is tasty but will like more sauce overall

Delivery ladies were courteous, family enjoyed the food especially the fish which was soft and perfect (not tough/dry), vege perfectly cooked, the beef rendang was tender, dessert was not too sweet, food portions well estimated.

Delivery was on time. Quality and quantity were acceptable except that the You Tiao was rather disappointing. Caterer should tried the food (after packing for 1 hour) b4 putting it on the menu.

Ordered a Golden Blessings Feast Party Set, and everything was great! Delivery was on time, and the food arrived fresh and well-packed. The taste was satisfactory, and the portions were just right. A hassle-free experience overall. Would consider ordering again!

Delivery was prompt on the 1st day of CNY. Food was packed nicely in warmer bags. Great that we can heat up the food in the containers using the heating pads provided. Overall satisfied with the food and will order again in future.

The delivery was on time despite CNY period. Food portion was reasonable and the taste of the food was acceptable except for HK Kai Lan which was tasteless and hard. Overall still value for money.

Great service and delivered as scheduled with no-fuss hassle to worry about! It was great to have the CNY-theme decorations, adding a nice festive touch to the whole family event - something which we did not expect but it was a nice surprise! The food was delicious and was well-received by everyone.

The delivery man deliver on the stated time and the food was delicious with huge portions. My guests was very pleased with the food which came with the AI heating to keep the food warm.
Overall a good experience with Stamford catering and will order again for my next function.
