Very generous in quality and quantity for the pan cai. However, the lotus leaf rice was quite disappointing as it was too dry and not oily enough.

Amount was slightly smaller compared to previous years. Taste was generally acceptable but presentation could be better eg the chicken and fish dished weere with too much gravy and look like soup dishes.

This is the second CNY order. Very happy with the above-average quality and quantity of most of the dishes. Thumb up for the consistency and will order again for the next event.

Braised pig trotter was very tender. Other dishes were also relatively better than other caterers. Foods were fresh and delivery and packing also given high score. Hope the good standard could be maintained.

Foods generally taste well and portion is sufficient for 5 persons. The set will be close to perfect if the Mee Siam (which is quite tasteless) could be original soup type instead fried.

The durian cake is the best in Singapore we have tried. Definitely better than that from the famous Goodwood Park Hotel. Order the normal D24 this time because previously tried the premium mao shan wang and tasted no cake texture, like eating durian.

2. Steam chicken quite disappointed as some hawker centre's/coffee shop's are better.
3. Misled by review to order the "most popular" mixed vege. Though look big ... More portion but below are all the "green cabbage"
Overall, not really worth the money even with the huge portion of fried rice (of buffet caterer standard).

Except that Curry is too sweet, the rest are good. Foods delivered are still warm. Amount also more than sufficient.

Bee Hoon is a bit plain, adding some ingredient like carrot, bin sprout would make it taste better.

Carry chicken cook with only drumlet, the meat part should be combination of whole wing, drumstick, thigh, etc. like most other caterers.

Overall satisfied, except the Thai Pork Knuckle (Thai chili is nice) and Fried Fish Maw (mango salad is nice too).
