Love the curry chicken and others

This time round was my 3rd order but it was a little dissapointing as compared to my previous orders during CNY. Thats why i had the courage to try again this year during birthday gathering. Dismay that vegetables and potatoes on shepherd’s pie was giving off slightly stale taste.
Apart from that, satay and the rest are good.

Food was delivered half an hour before scheduled time. Food quality overall was acceptable except the nonya chap chye was quite dry n hard. Some of the sauce from a few dishes leaked out during the delivery. Was quite messy when taking out the trays cos of the leak.

1. Very punctual in the delivery and set-up.
2. Good decor.
3. Nice food (healthy option).

The food was decent, but there were two areas of improvement:

1. During order process, customer service person was not able to advice which of the meal contained mushrooms. After a few rounds of clarifications, she told me that Signature Oriental Bento Set B does not contain mushroom. However, upon delivery, we saw mushroom being used in the fried Ee Fu noodles! This was unacceptable as the person who was given the set had mushroom allergy.

2. Delivery person was 25 mins earlier than expected. This caused the food to be a little cold when served and we had to have someone looking after the food and step away from our main event.

The food items were delicious and portions good enough to serve my 30 guests. Delivery was punctual and caterer provided extra cutlery as requested. One exception was that I thought the Cantonese fish would be steamed and not fried; other than that, everything was good and my guests enjoyed the delicious food very much. Thank you Stamford Catering.

Overall was ok. But the fish is not fresh. Need to improve on this dish.
