Stamford Catering

The noodle is nice but other food are only average.

A few of my guests commented that the food taste good

I have used Stamford Catering for a number of occasions. Their service is good and dishes are of standard. This is the first time i ordered packet beehoon and noodles for my event. Maybe it's because it's CNY period, the beehoon is rather pathetic with a few strands of veg, but more generous helping of veggies for the noodles. Overall the service is good as Stamford staff helped in the order as this is the first time i use foodline.

Good healthy food. Portion could be on the small size compared to other caterers.

To be honest i was looking forward to the actual day once i have placed order. but on the actual day of event, the food did not look very appealing especially the baby cabbage looks dull and overcooked. the rest of the dishes was averagely edible, not very fantastic.

Overall its good its just the time is very short and caterer came earlier so the pickup time is also earlier so timing all must adjust

Very prompt delivery and set-up but the serving is not as big as other caterers

Overall food and service is good. Would be better if drinks is included in the package and plastic sheets are provided for lo hei.

Overall the food was good, very festive and portion is enough. However, only down side was the pandan flavoured prawn cakes were quite dry and don't really have the pandan flavour. Still, Stamford has never disappoint so far after so many yrs of using them. Side note, hopefully they can give a thin plastic for the yusheng since it will be easier for us to clean up after the lohei. :)

Overall food was great. They set up quite fast and presentation was nice even with flowers. Will order from this caterer again in future.
