Stamford Catering

Our guests were very pleased with the food served. The food was sufficient for all Our guests gave the thumbs up for the food and some wanted the caterer's contact. So, I guess they will be ordering from Stamford Catering in the future through Foodline. The prawn-paste chicken and honey sago were very well received by the guests.

It was not sealed well and some of the rice had spilled out inside the carrier bag

Delivery was prompt, and we appreciate the Stamford Catering service staff for helping with our different orders.

Signature Maki and Sushi Platter: probably did not taste as good as it was not finished completely even though it is not a big plate.

Vegetarian Fried Brown Rice: the portion is probably too much. Maybe 2/3 of the quantity should generally be enough.

Steamed Wholemeal Pumpkin Mini Mantou: this is a bit strange in the full menu as there is no particular gravy to go with it (or I did not notice it).

The rest are good, and they look very healthy with a good table setting by your delivery man.

Your delivery man (just one person) was a kind of overloaded. He was a little bit late in getting to our place, but we have no issue. On the other hand, he was so busy that he collected from our place around 10pm or so - we sympathize with him for so much work.

Food was good. As usual Stamford catering is reliable and worth ordering from. Food came with self heating packs. Very good

Overall the food was good. ..Reached there on time. Fast and easy self collection. Will order again.

Experience was mixed as there was 2 issues with the food.

1) Chicken chop has already turn sour when we open the lid. There was a sour smell and some guests who took commented it taste bad

2) Prawn with golden mushroom was fried version instead of the stir fry version shown in FoodLine photo and it was soggy from the trapped moisture. Stamford clarified that this is actually not on their menu.

Other than that, we quite like the Curry vegetables, Brown rice bee hoon, and Cheng tng. The chee cheong fun was also quite special as seldom we will see that in buffet. Portion was also enough for 25 pax.

The food was nice and the portion was just nice for a 25 pax. All food was served hot and will order again if there's promotion.

Food was delivered at perfect timing. Set up was displayed beautifully and professionally done up. Food are all fresh. Feedback on the foods were delicious. Singapore fried bee hoon was fried with simple ingredients and yet tasty. Egg mayonnaise sandwiches got the most "thumbs up" from the guests. The Japanese potatoes marinated myonnaise tasted super good and crunchy. Thankful that caterer provided most then enough quantities. There was left over but people packeted home happily. This is my repeated order. I am happy with the cost and service. I plan to order again next time. I may recommend this caterer to my friends. I would tell them it's worth the order. Charge was reasonably , service professional, displayed attractive and food super yummy!
