Order was to for 11.30 but delivery was made too early at 10.30am.. which means food was cooked/prepared >1 hour earlier at 9+am.. although we had the food warmers, the quality of a few of the items, like the prawns & chicken was not good. prawns shells became soft, chicken became mushy. Other items was ok. The desert was 80% syrup water & 20% ingredients in 2 big containers. Lou Hei was ok, we appreciated 2 sets for our >15 pax, would have been quite disappointed if they only gave 1. Cutlery plates bowls were enough. The provided table cloth torn very easily, try to provide slightly better quality for your customers. I paid about $500 for this catering, of course due to CNY its double the normal but most of my guests enjoyed it, except for the above feedback.

Generally, all the dishes are nice and sufficient for all the guests except for the Auspicious Lobster Treasure Yu Sheng where we feel the lobster meat given was very pathetic. The lobster slices are not worth topping up.

Professional delivery . Food is packed in heat warmer . And adequate cutlery and plates provided. Very satisfied with the food as well .

We are all very disappointed with all the dishes, everything was so hard and tasteless. the seafood cake , the fried chicken wing was so hard and no seasoning was there. Will not order again.

Their service was good reached morning before 2pm to put all the set up first only deliver the food only at 1 plus. Food portion are just nice.

I love the seafood cake with mango mayo and gold coin egg tofu with pumpkin sauce. It comes with heater pack to heat up the food which is good. Service was prompt. The only con was that Yu Sheng was dry but the salted egg fish skin was good. Thank you Stamford Catering!

Food portion was good, liked the variety. Pretty value for money. Taste could be improved for some of the dishes but generally still ok.

Food was great and worth the money! Recommended! My family love it and will order again next year! I love each and every dish!

Delivery was on time, mini buffet came with heat pad which was good.

For the first time we decided to cater for CNY new year. Food presentation was gd. Taste wise, it was ok… it’s CNY so it was hard to find a caterer. Glad to have a site like this to help us!
