Stamford Catering

Caterer was more than 1 hour late. The food was supposed to arrive at 11.15pm but the delivery only arrived at 12.30pm which was 15 min away from the best consumed by timing of 12.45pm. Stamford caterer should be more proactive in keeping their customers updated on the delivery rather than keep quiet.

COLLECTION OF FOOD IS SIMPLE AND FAST BUT FOOD IS NOT WARM. TURKEY IS NOT NICE AS IT IS COLD AND HARD. NEED TO REHEAT THE REST OF FOOD LIKE BEEF LASANGA ,CHICKEN SHEPHERD'S PIE AND HERB SALMON WELLINGTON .

The Vegetarian sets is tasty but the spaghetti is a bit too oily.
As for the Japanese sets, the Tempura and Chicken Katsu too saugy (may be its already cold).

Disappointing not upto expectations dry n tasteless - could have been better. Quantity very small for chicken wings and prawns. Yes prawns were so small!

Chicken curry is not fully cooked. Waited for quite a while to get the order confirmation. Also, after feedback to them about the food, there's no reply from them. It was for CNY gathering in office, so food was quite embarrassing.

This year’s food quality paled compared against last year’s. The crispy yam roll was a let down - outer skin was hard instead of crispy and 80% of this dish was left untouched. The rest of the food was so-so and i guess the best food we enjoyed most is the yusheng for the festive mood and fun when we lohei together.

Average food with average service and prices.
Service personnel took longer than expected to confirm my order. In fact, they only confirmed my order 1 day before the actual event, after I called them up.

Terrible service from catering. Scheduled time: 5:30pm for set up. Delivery of tables and rude delivery man(9xxx6119). This event was supposed to be a joyous birthday celebration with families members and work staff until we received a telephone from the delivery man insisting to delivery and set up earlier as expected timing which my office is still in operation. He demands to meet me below my office to discuss which i declined. He came by to as per requested time and was very rude to my mother causing unnecessary stress to my family members, worrying about the food quality. I will not recommend STAMFORD for catering my families and friends in the future.

In general the food is acceptable but the popular dish may not taste nice such as bee hoon, chap chye and fish fillet in soya sauce. The rest still not bad.

Will order normal buffet and not healthier menu.
