Stamford Catering

Food was delivered 15 minutes before the stated time. Food portion was just enough for 10 pax. Disposable table cloth was also included.

Came across Stamford while shortlisting for xmas party but it was not voted among my friends. Tried them again for my own birthday chalet, many friends and relatives sang praises of their food and self-heating mechanism.

I do not know which dish is my favourite because it all tastes so good. Definitely a returning customer along with my family members.

My friend ordered this during Christmas and we were all impressed. But this time round when I ordered, the curry chicken was bland, though it was supposedly the best item I had just less than a month ago. Inconsistent.

Most importantly, ordered chicken ngoh hiang, came with chicken ngoh hiang tag, but bit into the food and it was cheese tofu. Delivery was on a Sunday and both food line and Stamford were closed, couldn’t call anyone to check. It’s now Tuesday and I’ve still not heard from Stamford.

Overall food is tasty. Portion is just nice. Unfortunately carrot inside Kai lan turned bad and sour. Honeydew sago was replaced by watermelon and cannot find sago inside. Delivery is a bit expensive and my house is just nearby so we self-collect ourselves.

Delivery arrived on time. Didn’t come with plates, utensils, buffet serving spoon all that. That’s very bad, lucky we have spare utensils at home. Food was good.

Stamford Catering exceeded our expectations by providing all that we needed! Table mats, disposable cutleries, and even plastic serving scoops for the dishes! Love the self heating function to keep the food warm for a longer time. Food was tasty and guests were happy!

Suprisingly, all of the dishes taste good. Starting from the first dish, Abundant Smoked Salmon Treasure Yu Sheng, all the feedbacks are positive. Generally, all dishes portion are small, especially the Braised Lamb Shank with Spicy Hosin Sauce, which is definitely too small for the order.

The food was set up earlier than what was intended.Communicated that we wanted to set up at 1.30pm so that the fokd will be ready by 2.30 but they came at 12.30pm and food was ready by 1.30pm. So by 5.30pm the fried rice could smell that it was going to be spoilt.Since it’s stated for 1st birthday celebration,they decorated the buffet line with CNY decorations which we ask to take down.other than that everything else was okay.spring rolls and chicken was delicious.

Food is good , only that guess some of the food is still not warm enough , hope that they could improve on this , food delivery is on time and definitely sufficient for my guest !

The delivery was on time. The food comes with self heating device. Good service. Highly recommended.
