Food was delicious and great service crew to set up. This was for a social gathering event at home , we truly enjoyed the overall buffet experience. We also like to comment that the set up was timely and service crew was friendly and professional.

Food is good, all the guest loved the curry chicken the only dish that have the most compliments from everyone will definitely order again!

Stamford catering gave us heat packs to warm up our food so we have more time to eat our food without it turning cold -great!

Here are my thoughts on the dishes -

Signature Wok-Fried rice with silver fish - rice mushy, pretty tasteless 1/5

Signature curry chicken with potatoes - good but curry is little 4/5

Fragrant oat cereal prawn - shell-less kind so you don't have to deshell, one of the first dishes to finish 5/5

Salted egg fish fillet - great taste 5/5

Braised egg beancurd and vegetables in silky egg gravy - average tasting 3/5

Stir fry cauliflower and brocolli - average tasting 3/5

Assorted mini swiss roll - all taste the same, hardened after putting in fridge 2/5

Chilled almond beancurd with longan - a lot of syrup water, not much almond & longan 3/5

Golden seafood pocket with oriental deep - typical snack to satisfy your fried food craving 4/5

The food options were good, though they didn't quite meet my expectations. However, most of the guests seemed content. The mini Oreo cheesecake was particularly popular with the kids. In general, it was a good value package.

Very nice food and value for money. Professional setup and service. Curry vegetables is very spicy but very nice. So are other food. My guests and I enjoyed the food very much.

Second time ordering within the same week and the service standard was consistent and food quality was great too!

Overall the food is ok. I am not please with the timing. I requested for 630pm but they came at 430pm to set up. By the time we ate the food, it is already cold

Service was superb and delivery team came about 15 mins early, and we were all impressed with how nicely packaged it was, with utensils and even spatulas and serving tongs for each dish prepared. Will definitely order again!

Favourite dish was Curry Chicken but the Salted Egg fish was the least favourite as the sauce was too little and the fish was not crispy

The setup was completed on schedule.
The buffet was rated well by guests. They enjoy the food a lot.
I'm delighted with their food and services.

The delivery came earlier and setup on time.
Food is great, my guest enjoyed it.
But got one small feedback, they provided small tongs for almost all the dishes, only the curry chicken and vegie have the splatula. Dishes like toufu and fish had gravy and unable to scoop gravy. Have to use disposable spoon to scoop.
Other than this, all is great.
