Terrible service. 2 men came to set up my buffet line for 90 pax but 1 man left halfway through. The other guy didn’t have time to set up as per the stipulated “food to be ready” time. My guests had to wait and this caused embarrassment to us as hosts. Serviettes were left out. We had to go buy tissue boxes urgently. Only one trashpoint was set up without any extra trash bags provided. Clearing up was slow as well. We had to return the venue on time but they took more than an hour to clear before we could return the venue.

Kind of disappointed, only like 3 out of 9 dishes .

We ordered catering to be setup by 1130 and first time i heard need 1hr to setup which say 1030 to come so ok i thinking for a 30 pax need so extensive time to setup is unusual but since first time with them i just say ok.

to my surprise , they reached at ard 10am and done by 1030am... then the label indicated that the food is good thru 930 to 130pm. can you imagine...my event starts at 12pm and my guests sees that the food is suitable for consumption for only 1.5hrs. I called the customer service and she mentioned to me that this is the normal procedure n labelling for food catering. I told her this is not my first time ordering food catering and usually when they setup only need 30 to 45mins which the food labeling is at the most 1hr ahead of the setup timing meaning the setup is done at 1130am food is suitable for 1030am to 230pm.

i just find it unexceptable that when i want the food at 1130 it is prepared 2 hrs in advance without prior notification.

All foods are not really delicious, yam paste too sweet, food are tasteless.. Only grass jelly w Longan is not too bad,,, all my guess were disappointed with the catering..

Food were cold & hard.
Layout presentation was poor. I have to even guide him what to do.
The worst caterer I had ever ordered.

There was no mushrooms to be seen among the noodles. No chives also. Noodles were tasty but just no ingredients. Guests were very turned off as if I was serving them plain noodles. Almost all meals ordered were like that. Just hope they can balance in more ingredients for $4 value than just so much plain noodles. I might have ordered the wrong menu from Stamford bcos heard they were good.

The same fried rice used for smoked duck garlic fried rice. There should be some differences between them. Rice was plain like white rice and specks of meat. Guest were very disappointed. Will try their dishes next time maybe its better.
