Stamford Catering

The food are nice. Have been ordering from Stamford for years for my family gathering. Highly recommended.

Catering is very punctual and all the utensils are provided. Food appearance also look presentable. Taste wise, can be improved. But overall, great experience

Set up was good and completed pretty fast.
The food was overall fine and edible, served warm and clean.
But some dish could be better. For example, the sweet and sour fish fillet arrived as fried fillet with the sauce in a separate container. Will expect the fish to be cooked with the sauce as the dish name suggested.
Deep fried beancurd were a bit hard and dried.
Signature curry can be less oily and more spicy.
Chilled cheng ting were rather plain.
Ang Gu Kueh was nice.
Vegetarian fried rice was good, not overly salty or too much seasoning.

Thanks Jane too for her friendly service!

This is my 2nd time order but taste not good as last month. The spring roll very soft, not crispy at all while the fish fillet & sotong ball very hard. Taste drop a lot. My fruit tarts comes cheese cake which is too sweet for us.

Food was delivered timely. Disposable plates provided were a bit small for a mini buffet. Taste was good.

The food portion is good. Everybody likes the dry mee siam and siew mai, the rest of the dishes are nice, except for the carrot cake which is bland and too soft. No chilli was provided, which is a bit disappointing.

The food was well packaged and delivery was prompt. Honey wings were really nice. Egg mayo sandwich was good too. The others were average. But very presentable overall. Good for corporate event

Prompt delivery, reliable. Food was good, but fish slices too much flour. The rest of the dishes were good and tasty, portion was enough.

Food taste is acceptable and portion of food was good.

The only thing was the size of the swiss roll really "super mini". not enough for 10 guest. however, my boy like the fried

for me, i like the dessert "Chilled Cheng Tng with Snow Fungus and Longan", while my boy like the roasted bbq chicken and cereal prawn.

It wasn't easy to find caterers that provide 10 pax catering. I'm glad we found one just in time for my girl's birthday party.
