Food taste is acceptable and portion of food was good.

The only thing was the size of the swiss roll really "super mini". not enough for 10 guest. however, my boy like the fried

for me, i like the dessert "Chilled Cheng Tng with Snow Fungus and Longan", while my boy like the roasted bbq chicken and cereal prawn.

The food arrived was not to the correct order. I ordered smoke duck but got chicken instead. Please check with the chef

It wasn't easy to find caterers that provide 10 pax catering. I'm glad we found one just in time for my girl's birthday party.

Food delivery came on time and overall food was delicious! Some feedback on the food portion:
1. Personal preference is to have more curry potatoes inside, which were only a few to come by in the dish.

2. The honeydew sago had more watermelon than honeydew, suggest to provide more honeydew bits in the future

We like the teriyaki chicken. However the whole meal was okay. Sauce can be improved as it is slightly salty to my preference

First time order from Stamford and the portion for 10 paxs is a lot ????????????
Most important their food is not saltish & oily
Not worried the foods are very tasty.
Curry's chicken was very best ????????????

This my second time with Stamford Catering, i like their mini buffet, portion is good. But this round a bit of disappointed the delivery time. They was late.
Laksa was too sweet.

Portion was just right, but chicken was not enough for everyone to go for seconds. Chicken was quite yummy, mango pudding didn’t taste like mango pudding and fish fingers were salty.

This is the 3rd time I ordered from this caterer. The food is still tasty just that this time round the food arrived not even warm though packed in thermal bag. Probably the food were prepared too much in advance. The balance honeydew sago turned sour though we kept in the fridge almost immediately after receiving the food. Delivery is puncture

My guests were impressed by the catered food, even though it may be just mini buffet without setup, they come nicely packed, with tongs and laddles provided.
Every dish is tasty and the quantity is sufficient, in fact too much for us (maybe we are not big eaters). The containers that comes with the food makes it very presentable, not sure if can be substituted with material which to heat up in the microwave half way into the party but yet not sacrificing on the aesthetics.
