Curry chicken portion too little, first view see is curry, cannot find meat. And the meat too small but the taste ok.

The mini Swiss roll portion was rather small for each person.
The chicken curry and the salted egg fish was very good
Suppose to come at 5:45pm but came at 6:20pm. Request for cash refund.

The food was awesome! The salmon was really well marinated and had a tinge of sweetness from the sauce.

The food was good overall and set up was professional and on time. The delivery staff was very polite and did a good job. Curry was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. Goes very well with the bee hoon. The veg is well cooked. Prawns and fish is fresh. Sushi is good as well as the jelly dessert which is well packed. Chee cheong fun is soft and the foo yong chicken eggs are good too. Mini swiss rolls are well loved by all. Simply delicious! Well done!

Food arrived 30min before the indicated start time and were delivered at suitable temperature. The curry chicken was very good.

The Prawn Paste Mid Wing, Salted Egg Fish Fillet, Crab Stick "Gui Hua" Egg, Yang Chow Fried Rice, Chilled Cheng Tng with Snow Fungus and Longan are all pretty good.

Only gripe is the Golden Sotong Ball, don't look like the ones in the photo provided, look and taste like cheap fishball instead of sotong ball.

The setup of the buffet by Raman of Stamford Catering was impeccable and prompt. Excellent presentation including deep red table cloths and silver buffet dishes with nice disposable cups, bowls, plates, cutlery. Food itself was great as many guests commented. Favourites were ngor hiang, vegetable curry, sweet n sour fish, Cheng tng dessert and the lemongrass pandan drink.

The caterer came on time. Food was well setup and display. Taste was above average. Received well feedback from guest. Thank you very much.

Overall the catering service is quite good and punctual! Found quality is not bad especially the black pepper sliced beef and curry chicken! The portion is just nice for 30paxes.

Good service, staff waited for me for the collection despite it being after office hour (delayed due to traffic jam on SLE because of accident).
