Overall, the food and service is good, up to our expectation. The best main dish was Ayam Masak Merah and the best dessert was Mini Vanilla Cream Puff

On time for buffet. Food very nice. Nice set up too. 2nd time ordering from the caterer. Will confirm order from them again.

Food was delivered on time.
Rice portion was alot be good if can have 1 portion rice & noodles. Ingredients mostly sweet corns could not find scallops.
Be good to have disposable heater like How's catering.

Timing for delivery was good. The potion and taste for Abundance set we ordered were good. Too bad the add on we ordered were not as satisfactory. The Fruity Peking duck wrap was not what we had expected for Peking duck. Normal sliced duck meat instead of crispy duck skin. Likewise for the crispy salted egg & cornflakes honey chicken. Not crispy at all with very little salted egg sauce. Not worth buying the two add on.

The Food is delicious and the food portion is sufficient . The delivery is on time as well. Thank you for the wonderful arrangement.

The delivery was late for 50 minutes.
The broccoli and cauliflower were sour.

All the dishes in general were acceptable . However in terms of taste all of the dishes except the dessert didn't have much flavour; that is, none of the dishes had the " X " factor. Overall my assessment is 6 out of 10 only. The mutton was not crispy at all and the pieces of duck meat in the noodles were dry.

1st time order from Stamford Catering, overall the food was good except for the snapper fish fillets which were very fishy - can smell it upon opening the cover and we got to discard half as noone touches it. Will be good to have more ingredients for the dessert as most was syrup water. Am happy to have Yusheng included in this menu as it's more convenient together with the mini buffet set.

Food portion was great. Food arrived on time and driver was friendly. He called before delivering the food. Yu sheng ingredients was fresh and portion was big.All the food taste good except the snapper fillet. I think deep fried fish fillet will be good.
