Stamford Catering

Liked the flexibility to change dishes. Delivery was on time and food portion enough for 10 pax. Liked most of the dishes especially Braised Egg Beancurd and Vegetables in Silky Egg Gravy and Sautéed Sliced Beef with Broccoli. Yang Chow Fried Rice did not meet up to expectation. However, overall is still good.

The food came on time (puncture). Very surprised at the quantity they gave and it's more than enough for 10 of us. The food was tasty and nice.

Food was very late.. event time start at 5pm, got a call from them at 430 saying they will be late and was told reach at 530, but at 515 got another call stating will be delayed will reach by 6pm. End up food only reach at 615pm.

Food overall was pretty good, and price is competitive. One of the rare few caterers that have a lower minimum pax allowance.

However! Service from their sales coordinator and team needs tons of improvement:

1) Order confirmed 4th, only received invoice on 10th Jan, and only after repeated calling. Each time either the coordinator is not around, or whoever picked up will tell me they will call back, but no sound no picture. There was even once person A said she went out for lunch, then when I call back again, person B says she is on half day leave. Credit card payment link is sent separately as well, and this took 1 more day to arrive n again, after repeated calling (by then it was alrdy 4 days before my event). Saving grace is their SENIOR coordinator is much better and more responsive.

2) Time for buffet to be ready set at 1100hrs, as party begin 1130hrs. Setup team reached there at 945am and finished setup by 1015am. By then all the food already cold.

I would say ask for a more senior coordinator if you are able, or see your luck if you wanna engage this caterer. If you are particular, Id suggest going for another.

Other than the delay in delivery, due to a last min change in previous customer order, as explained by the delivery uncle. Food was good, did not taste too salty or too oily and the ingredients (like fish, prawns) were very fresh. Food portion is sufficient to go at least 2 rounds for each pax. Highly recommended!

Always ordered Stamford catering for my birthday.Curry chicken is always delicious and expected.Delivery was on time.

Setting up is prompt and the foods is nice less Yam Paste with Gingko Nut and Crispy Pressed Tofu. Yam paste dont taste the same as per previous am quite disappointed.
Only managed to take the set up photo as the foods are snaps up before I have the time to take.

Food was delivered on time and hot, taste was up to par. Utensils and serving spoons were all provided which was a plus

Good value for the spread and generous portions. The Salted Egg Fish Fillet was a tad too salty and the Kai Lan was overcooked. Otherwise, it would have been even better.

Delivery and set-up personnel was friendly.
Food set-up is pretty with CNY festive decoration.
The only negative point was the ice lemon tea was extremely sweet.
