Good food at a reasonable price. Portions were good too, Delivery was prompt and staff was polite.

Sadly my colleagues was upset with the fried rice as it was too dry. Couldnt finish the rice even though with 30pax.
But we are glad to see the spread.

The delivery and setup of the buffer table is good.
For food portion wise, alot of beehoon, but other ingredients quite little especially the curry chicken. Portion for ingredients doesn't looks like for 30 pax, is more like 20 pax

Requested for the food to be sent to function room under the notes, but the delivery driver sent to my place. Luckily I met him when I was on the lift, then ask him to help mi carry to the fuction room. Too few serviettes provided.

Delivery was very prompt. Decoration is good. Food was hot and taste was up to expectation. Will consider ordering from stamford again for next event.

The food came almost an hour earlier and by my guests arrived, the food was cold. Caterer substituted 2 of the food without informing. The salted egg fish fillet were just fried fillet without a single taste of salted egg. The prawn paste chicken were soggy and not crispy. The fried rice also tasteless. All other food okay only. Thus is my 2nd time order and really felt so disappointing.

The Hong Kong style duck was a little dry but for the price point, I guess it is a acceptable. The laksa was a big hit amongst all my guests. The laksa gravy was flavourful and it has a lot of hei bi in it. Only thing that can be improved for the laksa dish is the quantity of the beansprouts, eggs and fishcake. The quantity given is a little little. The western party set B's pasta Neapolitan sauce is too sour and sweet for my liking. However, the quantity of the sauce is definitely enough for the pasta. I have ordered the party set before and in the past, the salmon was a whole fillet. Really big. This time, the salmon is cut into pieces and it's just different from the past order. I would prefer one whole big salmon fillet. The imperial yam pot was well done! Everyone loved it.

It’s value for money and comes with extras ..Food quality are satisfactory.Food presentation I gave 2 Thumbs up ..I guess delivery charge is pricey for a mini buffet with no set up ..$15 delivery charge is reasonable so pls work this out .Thanks

Food arrived warm and rice texture just nice, not too hard/dry. As this is a community event for seniors, so the texture of rice is important. Thanks!

Food was delivered right on time and in a warmer bag. It was still warm when my guests arrived even though ours was without the setup with warmers. Food were generally nice and portion was adequate.
Only the spring rolls were a little hard and dry.
