Food was still warm up on arrival, and we found the heating elements extremely convenient - it steamed up immediately , and kept food hot for at least 2 ... More hours. We appreciate that everything was already provided - the heating packs, liquid, self heating trays. It also meant that disposal and cleanup was a breeze, which is important. All the food was well received by our guests and of good portion size. Would recommend the curry vegetables (they are a little spicy), chicken wings and mac and cheese trays. Would definitely use and recommend Stamford Catering in the future, especially the mini-buffets for around 20 pax parties.
