For our Yakiniku don, as it was for a takeaway order, the beef would have been a ... More little sweeter due to it being cooled down. Our recipe for it have not changed over the years.

Wasabi and shoyu was provided to go along with the Salmon & Tuna don for dipping. We could give you more sauce if it was requested.
