Terms and Conditions:
Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.
Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.
Please placed your order at least 5 working days in advance prior to function dates.
Full buffet setup will be provided with basic decoration.
All prices quoted are subjected to prevailing GST rates.
Provision of 10% buffer for all ordered quantity.
Provision of 1 Buffet Line per 200 pax order. Additional Buffet Line will be charges at $100.00+ per line for less than 200 pax quantity.
For buffet orders with 2 Staples (i.e., Rice & Noodles), servicing quantity is approximately 50% each for order amount.
The Management reserves the right to replaced menu items should it be unavailable at the time of event.

Any cancellation after confirmation will be charged at 50% invoice amount.
Any cancellation after confirmation within 3 days prior to event, will be charged at 80% invoice amount.
Any cancellation after confirmation within 1 day prior to event, will be charged at 100% invoice amount.
Changes to Orders
All amendments must be made 3 working days prior to function date - last minute changes are not allowed.
An administration charge of S$50.00 will be imposed upon any changes made to your confirmed order.
