The Caterers

- lobster ball: very hard and cold (we ate it immediately after it was served), almost unable to chew… chilli crab dip was too little

- yuzu drink: warm…… no ice at all when first served, very disappointing. driver came a second time to pour the ice in only after 1-1.5 hours later..

- dessert: tasted like plain water, longan had no longan taste, feels like they were chewing on nothing, not sure how and why a canned longan and grass jelly dessert can be botched like this..

- other main dishes were rather disappponting too, some said they tasted clumps of salt/ msg in one bite and tasteless on the other bites. many of the older people said it doesn’t justify the price point of ~$20 per pax and even asked me what is this catering company name so they will avoid it..

- roasted vegetables were good though

Good serving of food portion. All the food come with food tags which guests are able to know the food that is being served.

The food was great and many guests enjoyed it. Ngoh Hiang was a firm favourite and quantity was just right. The sales executive assisting us, Ms Nabila, was very patient and understanding and helped to communicate our orders and special requests to the kitchen. Setup was also on time and they took the trouble to ensure everything was ok, even checking with us to ask what time they could come collect. Thank you!

Delivery was good on the dot.. setup was marvellous.. food is delicious.. should have ordered extra pax next time.

The food is okay. Service is good. Set up everything nicely. Arrived in good timing. The dessert is good. The food is acceptable for the festive mood.

Set up was presentable, with flowers. Caterer also contacted us to arrange to deliver earlier given that it's CNY, but i note that the food was prepared at 2.45pm and had to be consumed by 6.45pm - our dinner was supposed to start at about 5pm. Collection was smooth, at 9+pm.
Food was decent, generous portion, however not that much variety in taste.
Service and communication was clear. Thank you.

Overall, the food and set up was great, it was ready before the requested timing the sauce and texture of the fish was great just that maybe the broccoli and mushroom was little to to hard to chew, the rice and noodles is good, chicken with honey glazed sauce was tender and good. In summary, the portion served was more than enough for 30 pax! The food was delicious, I would highly recommend it!

Staff very responsive! Good customer service! Food was good! Due to it was 1st day of cny, set up team came by an hour earlier to set up first, and did a second trip to deliver the food.

The service provided was excellent. Delivery was punctual and when there was a slight problem initially, Jennifer from the team was very quick to act on my feedback and solved the issue personally. The food was enjoyed by all guests. Taste was suitable for the palate of my guests. Not too sweet or salty.
