The Caterers

We liked the braised Ee Noodles w trip mushrooms & chives and Steamed Herbal boneless chicken w wolferries

The food quality and presentation is great. The ordering process is also seamless making this event a very pleasant one.

The foods were fantastic, very nice and outstanding than other caterers. My guests all loved the foods.

I have ordered the buffet menu A but i realised the delivery timing was wrong on the previous night. After discussing with the caterer early next morning, I managed to change to the actual delivery timing but caterer is unable to provide full setup and drinks as they had to outsource the delivery to third party. It's a pity!
The caterer didn’t provide and food thong and laddle.

Thai pineapple rice were tasty.
Crispy boneless Thai chicken and sweet and sour fish a bit dry, but the taste is good, if the food came in the cooler bag is better 。
Overall the food was still acceptable , not too salty, but would be nicer if it’s kept warm.

Our event was to start at 6.30pm and the caterer came around 6.15pm and our guests already arrived. However was able to arrange right on time. but not sure if the food was warm enough as I did not check with my quests.
One issue was they forgot to bring the slice abalones for the prosperity sliced abalone Yu Sheng dish. We had to open our can of abalone first to do the "lohei" first and later the caterer brought the slice abalones and compensated also with a few tiny small mini abalones.
The food was average good and the best dishes were the Braised Ee Fu Noodle , Poach Prawns with wolberry and the prawn roll .
The sweet and sour fish is a bit too soft and break easily.
Overall the food is tasty.
Value for money is acceptable during this CNY period.

Second time ordered. Food were delicious and properly prepared. Quantity was generous and guests were generally happy with the food.

It was my first time ordering this caterer and the side dishes taste good. Most popular dishes are the sweet and sour fish and poached prawn with wolfberry, prawn is big and fresh

Food is delicious and the portions are good.
Not too strong taste, just right.
All guests enjoyed the food.
Arrived on time.

Taste of food was good except for the pineapple fried rice that was rather hard. The meesiam can be spicier. The rest of the dishes were delicious and not too salty. The dessert was cold and just right. Not too sweet.

Ordered 170 bento, selected butter olive rice with Teriyaki chicken, nyohiang and deluxe veg. Taste good overall, nyohiang was good but only 1 small piece given. Some rice was uncooked. Delivery was 15 min late but was told by the caterer earlier.
