Food taste is ok but the quantity of the food is small. I ordered for 4 pax but is only enough for 3. So medium or big eaters, please take note. compared to other caterers, this is too expensive as per pax the price is higher as well.

Food is so so.repeated fish cake, fish ball make me a bit phobia to see fish cake fish ball. not a big fan for processing food

Food are not really up to the expectation given the price, and on one occasion there was no rice sent

Food portion decent. I ordered non spicy food but they forgot and sent spicy food on one of the days. Other than that, their delivery time quite ok time.

Late delivery of food without notification and unable to contact caterer for information. This is an unacceptable service.
We wrote on remarks for less spicy but food was still very spicy.
Never order from Orange Lantern again.

This is my second order. The first time seems good. The second order was messy. My order came with soup or dessert to replace a dish for couple of days. While pending for reply, i have decided to change a caterer. Not value for money. i have paid $17 per day for a dish of fish cake, sliced fish, 4 gyoza and 4 small slices of cakes.

Touted as international cuisine, the dishes are indeed varied and changed daily from Thai, Jap, local, Chinese, Malay etc. The food is edible mostly and at least 1 dish per meal is very good. However, the portions for 2 pax are so ridiculously small that it's ludicrous. Example of 1 meal for 2 would be something like: 4 pieces of small siew mai, 4 small pieces of fried wantons, 6 small pieces of braised fish (each piece is maybe 1.5 inches wide), 8 pieces of fried brinjal (each piece is maybe 1.5 inches long). We are often left hungry after the meal. So very poor value and only some dishes are tasty.

The food are well packed and delivered timely. The taste of the dishes can be improved and portion is small for 15 pax.

I ordered a mini buffet for CNY, which comprised individual dishes for about 30+ people, totaling almost $600. Order was acknowledge and taken in a timely manner, which I appreciate. On CNY itself, the order was missed out. I was still prepared to be patient with them because I understand that it is a crazy period. Delivery was supposed to be 1115am-12noon, which did not happen. I finally managed to call through to the office at about 12:10pm, and the lady who answered said someone will return my call to confirm. The return call came 1hr later to acknowledge they had missed the order, and that the food will take another 45mins to arrive. My guests were starving until 1:45pm before we could have lunch.

To add to that, the herbal chicken (@$38!) was not available by then and had to be replaced with honey baked chicken, with no mention of any refund of the difference. Sad to say, the honey baked chicken was terrible and hard as rocks. The fried seabass (@$40!!) was hard and not crispy at all, and I ordered 3, so it was a huge waste of money. The other food were decent to be fair.

The final nail in the coffin was when I wrote in to ask for an explanation for all that transpired and that there should be some compensation for all their failures which I had to put up with, but my emails were ignored, even after I sent a chaser. If you get it wrong the first time, the recovery is very important. It takes more than food to run a catering business, and this has totally failed on the service front, and 50% failed on the food front. Very disappointing.

CNY vegetarian dishes which is Okok only. Missing one additional noodles dish that I ordered and I have yet to hear from them.
