The food is served still hot and very presentable. It’s tasty as well and the guests all have good comments about the food. Would love to order again!

The delivery was on time. The delivery man didn't check the dishes with us as he left very quickly. To my dismay, he forgot to deliver my YU SHENG. I called the office but there was no response. I had to ordered another Yu sheng from another restaurant. Fortunately the food was generally nice. My guest kinda enjoyed the food. The caterer has yet arranged to deliver another YU SHENG to me.

The food are well packed and delivered timely. The taste of the dishes can be improved and portion is small for 15 pax.

Overall, decent food. Salad came fresh. The noodles appeared and tasted more like malay hokkien noodles. Kids like the chocolate eclairs

I ordered a mini buffet for CNY, which comprised individual dishes for about 30+ people, totaling almost $600. Order was acknowledge and taken in a timely manner, which I appreciate. On CNY itself, the order was missed out. I was still prepared to be patient with them because I understand that it is a crazy period. Delivery was supposed to be 1115am-12noon, which did not happen. I finally managed to call through to the office at about 12:10pm, and the lady who answered said someone will return my call to confirm. The return call came 1hr later to acknowledge they had missed the order, and that the food will take another 45mins to arrive. My guests were starving until 1:45pm before we could have lunch.

To add to that, the herbal chicken (@$38!) was not available by then and had to be replaced with honey baked chicken, with no mention of any refund of the difference. Sad to say, the honey baked chicken was terrible and hard as rocks. The fried seabass (@$40!!) was hard and not crispy at all, and I ordered 3, so it was a huge waste of money. The other food were decent to be fair.

The final nail in the coffin was when I wrote in to ask for an explanation for all that transpired and that there should be some compensation for all their failures which I had to put up with, but my emails were ignored, even after I sent a chaser. If you get it wrong the first time, the recovery is very important. It takes more than food to run a catering business, and this has totally failed on the service front, and 50% failed on the food front. Very disappointing.

I feel that the warmer bag not warm enough , because they put the cooked items and dessert together , when I received the food , some of them are cold already

We like the food at Orange Lantern restaurant, so we were keen to try their mini buffet, which didn't disappoint at all. Good mix of staples, meats and sides at a reasonable value. Portion was generous even though it was stated for 8-10 pax. Perfect for small gatherings.

Very timely delivery. Food was well packed and still warm. Food was delicious too except for the spring rolls as they weren’t so crispy, otherwise overall is good
