Overall the dishes were considered delicious.

However, the freshness of the food has to be improved. Specifically the "Broccoli with Mushroom Combination in Thick Oyster Broth", the broccoli in the dish was slightly sour even though the food was ... More consumed right after the setup.

The caterer has to be more "generous" with the disposable utensils as well. The extra disposable cups were taken away during the removal of setup. The caterer staff should've at least asked if we want to keep the extra cups since we ALREADY PAID for them.
