Tian Wei Signature

First time ordering from Tian Wei and was very impressed by Tian Wei’s customer service. They were able to accommodate my last minute request to change from lunch + dinner for 7 days to lunch for 14 days. Delivery was prompt every single day too. Most importantly, the food was delicious! Loved the variety of dishes and the flavor of the sauces were superbly tasty. Ingredients were very fresh as well. Will definitely order from them again!

The food came with a bag that keeps the food warm! Love the taste of the food and large portion!

Delicious food with essential herbal. Generous portion with excellent service. Will recommend to friends and family. Wish all women have a wonderful and stress-free confinement!

The dishes ingredients are fresh and flavourful. Caterer will make effort to call and check if the food is okay

Ordered the trial set. Food was still warm when arrived. Surprised that the vegetable dish came with meat too (lean meat and liver) which increased the perceived value of the set.

Taste of dishes is not too bad although I find the flavour of soup (fish with green papaya) and the red wine chicken sauce is rather thin.

The red date tea taste just nice, not too sweet.

Ordered mixed brown rice which the sales person accepted my order but my order still came with white rice.

Meal arrived at about 4pm. Abit too early but it is within the committed time range.
Meal came hot in a thermal bag. Packaging was good and no leaks at all.

Overall, if only either traditional or fusion, portion is relatively small and although I am not a big eater, it is not really enough for me.

THe confinement signature trial meal that I had was delivered on time in excellent condition. THe staff was thoughtful and helpful at the door. THe food came in a nice thermal bag for you and the portions were just nice. The brown rice was cooked fairly alright though there were some dry portions. The pork trotters vinegar was a little thin on the sauce. Vegetables were good. The salmon was cooked well though the sauce that went with it was a little weird. otherwise decent meal!

I like the way they put the food in a warmer bag. Due to changes on my body, I didn’t have any appetite and when I feel abit hungry I tried the food, I feel so much better. The food is still warmth. Just that the veggies turned lighter green. The rest is still fine. The soup is fish soup with milk. The red date tea is not sweet, could be better if there is some sweetness. Overall exp is really good.
