Food quality was satisfactory. the lunch i ordered was indicated to be consumed before 01:40 pm, but few times because of urgent clinic visits we reached home ard 2 pm, by that time food turned a bit sour. hence on some days we postponed the lunch to avoid this. by the way customer service was awesome.. they were quite accomodating to our request and responsive too..

Delivery is around 5+ for dinner. Food delivered is still warm, and it's tasty. Not too oily and salty, like the braised pork trotters in black vinegar, has the home cooked taste, but the broccoli has turn yellow.

Every time the food is still warm when delivered to me! The food portion is so generous and I love their soups and vinegar pork trotter so much. Will definitely recommend to my friends!

Food was OK, not fantastic as the reviews mentioned. But it was delivered at 4pm which was too early for dinner. By dinner time, food was cold already.

The food come with a thermal bag and it is still warm when arrived. I like the wide variety of food so I won't get bored during the 1 month confinement.

The service is good.
Overall food taste is good.

Ordered 7 days double meal as an additional boost after my 28 days confinement. The food always arrive warm in the thermal bag. Love that they have fusion food instead of just chinese food. Food portion is good too.

It was a pleasant experience and very convenient to receive wholesome food delivered to my doorstep daily. Variety was wide and I enjoyed all the meals received.
