Tim Delight

Overall, food quality is good and there is a wide variety for the meat and vegetable dishes. Unfortunately, the food portions are small and was further reduced after the 1st 2 weeks. We have sent feedback directly to the caterer but have not seen any improvement in the food portions yet. Also, french fries cannot really be considered one dish. The soups are too salty for our liking and are mostly cooked with pieces of chicken skin. Not much meat in the soups and on some days, it's just vegetables and thin slices of fish cake. We have renewed for another 20 days. Hopefully, we will see some improvements in the food portions and less salt for the soups.

Interesting food. Concept is fresh. Some taiwan like snacks. Pretty cool for halal food. Just the soup not really very nice. Meat kind of little.

This is a renewal of our tingkat order but we decided to switch it to dinner instead of lunch for a change. Deliveries to TPY are around 5.30pm for dinner and food is consistently tasty although my special requests are sometimes forgotten.

Not the cheapest caterer but good quality food. Portion of dishes tends to be small, especially vegetables.

The food and the quantity is up to expectations. However would like to point out that sometimes there is too many repeated items such as toufu. More non-repeated variety is preferred.

Ordered 10-day, repeated for another 10-day and will repeat 20-day as my kids like the food, good job !
Suggestions :
1. Will you consider injecting a western, japanese, etc something out of the usual chinese food for a change and refreshed menu?
2. Can you make the fried items still crispy when we consume ? Overall happy with food quality and delivery time is ideal. Cassie is also responsive when I require assistance.

Happy with the food and customer service from Tim Delight although I noticed that the portions seem to be lesser these days. Delivery has improved as we now get our meals around 12.30-12.45pm unlike in the past where it could be past 2.
Will renew again and hope to see more improvements.

Second time ordering, food quality was consistently good throughout. Dishes were tasty, not too salty and the portion is just right for 2 pax. Love the soups too. It would be great if Tim Delight can exclude bittergourd from the menu (got it twice in 10 days) as not many people like to eat it.

Food was good... friendly after service... delivery is quite early at 4pm for dinner though.........

Good variety of dishes which are mostly tasty and not to salty or oily. Food arrives warm around 12pm for lunch. Customer service staff is friendly, responsive and receptive to feedback. Not very cheap, especially considering the surcharge for condo customers, but I guess the food quality is well worth the price. Overall, I'm satisfied and have already renewed my package for another 10 days.
