Food quality has deteriorated over the past few months and no longer justifies the premium pricing. Food is not so healthy now, is more salty and vegetables tend to be sour by dinner time.

There is a wide variety of mostly Asian cuisines as menu is rotated only every 3 months. Of late, we are disappointed to find that the dishes and soups have become more salty. As another reviewer also pointed out, we get deep fried food ... More items/processed food almost daily. Given the premium pricing, we did not expect so much of such food as they are not very healthy and tend to be high on salt content.

Food has become more salty in recent weeks. Having been with this caterer for the past few months, we do see a reduction in the food quality and portions served.

Food is generally ok but seems to have more oil lately. Hope they can cut down on the oil. We appreciate the variety but food quality can certainly be improved given the premium pricing.

We have been with Empress Porridge for over 2 months. We appreciate the food variety and the option to replace pork with other meats. However, we have noticed that portions for the mains and side dishes have been reduced. Soups such as pumpkin and ... More mushroom also tend to be overly starchy. We have renewed the 10-day tingkat plan a few times. While we appreciate the food variety, we hope to see better fish on the menu. What we get are usually the frozen white fish type. There is also an increased use of processed foods such as fried ... More you tiao, fish paste roll, chicken sausage. Given the higher-than-normal prices charged, we hope the caterer will return to offering "premium tingkat dinners" using fresh ingredients.

Not sure if it's good to have noodles on the menu as they do not keep well considering that delivery timings. Overall, food is still good although portions and quality seem reduced and not so worth the price tag anymore. While the emphasis on food ... More variety is appreciated, ordering via Foodline needs to be improved. Caterer takes a long time to accept order and needs to be reminded.

Overall food is tasty and of reasonable quality. No repeat dishes during the 10 days. We were so looking forward to the mini buddha jump over the wall. After 60 days with Tim Delight, we have decided to move on to another caterer. Food used to be flavorful and tasted great during the 1st 20 days. Sadly, quality and quantity have gradually declined. It's as if there has been a change of chef. ... More Vegetables have too much starch, soups are too salty and frozen meat (fish or chicken) is used almost all the time. Sometimes the portions look like for 1 pax when we ordered for 2 pax (see pictures).

This is our 2nd 20-day order. Overall, food quality seem to have declined and the soups are too salty. As mentioned by others, food portions are smaller compared to other caterers although the price is higher than most. Service is fast and ... More responsive.
